The Guys were great. And Fast. Had a problem come up with our Kitchen Sink, gave them a Call, about an hour later they were at my door. Nice Guys. Great Work. Just a Little Pricey (I thought). But helped me out Big time....

BEWARE OF DISHONESTY: I just had a really bad experience with Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain's plumber Yolanda Alvarez. I had a leak in my garage in the same place I had in 2023 which they had told me is a wax ring from a toilet above so naturally I called them again to inspect. The plumber initially told me the issue was with the valve, not the wax ring, explaining that a faulty wax ring would cause a larger, more noticeable leak. I paid for the repair, but moments later, it was leaking again. When she returned, she changed her story and claimed it was actually the wax ring, proceeding to quote me additional services and fees. I talked to the main office and the plumber and they would not waive the fees. I started to suspect that there was a lot of dishonesty at play so I refused the additional service, and they refused to refund me for the prior service. I had another company inspect the issue, and they confirmed that the only problem was a leak from the bidet due to improper threading. They also pointed out that when Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain reset the toilet in 2023 after replacing the wax ring, they did not apply any caulking around the base. As a result, the water leaking from the bidet pooled around the base and eventually leaked into the garage ceiling.

This was the best decision I made was to go with this company. They put in a new water heater and took my old one as well! they are very professional, extremely nice, cleans up after themselves and so on! They got to my house at 10am and were done in two hours and made sure everything was perfect before they left and cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave a mess. I would highly recommend them. I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but they deserve it and deserve more customers because they were awesome!

I could have easily performed the end repair myself, but given Elk Grove Plumbing’s fair rates, I opted to have them complete the work for me.
